The Full (abbreviated) Story
Wendy Cogan, that's me, started WeBridge back in 2019. I loved recruiting, but I was sick of corporate red tape, KPIs that created more sandbagging and pencil whipping than results, etc. So, I left it all behind and started WeBridge. I still love recruiting, actually I love it more. The freedom of running my own desk and being able to be completely authentic has been a game changer.
